Simple Quiche Recipe

This Quiche Recipe is simple and quick to put together.

Create a delicious quiche using your favourite ingredients or any leftover cooked veges.
I have made Chicken & Asparagus; Spinach & Corn; Bacon & Tomato; the list is endless....
I do not use pastry for the base or the top, you can choose to use pastry if you wish.

Here is what you will need to make the base recipe:
8 eggs
600ml Thickened Cream OR 300ml Thickened Cream & 200ml milk
1 teaspoon Chicken Stock mixed with 1 Tablespoon water
Pinch of Curry powder
Salt & Pepper

Place these ingredients into a large bowl.
Whisk the above ingredients together.
Lightly grease your preferred pie dish or pan.
(I use a deep square porcelain dish, or if I am making quiche muffins I split
the mixture and use a smaller rectangle corning ware glass tray).
Sprinkle the base of your quiche with grated cheese.
Place  your chosen ingredients into the dish.
Carefully pour the egg mixture over the ingredients.
Place into a low-moderate oven (approx 160`C) for approx 1 hour.
** cooking time may vary according to your oven**
Enjoy!
